B&M Retail Partners with Redu Retail to Enter Corporate Gift Card Market.

Britain’s biggest bargain variety superstore giant B&M Retail are set to become a market leader in the corporate gifting sector as they launch a new digital gift card programme, which will be led by branded payments provider Redu Retail.

After B&M retail thrived throughout the pandemic, they are continuing their growth plans and harnessing an exciting opportunity to expand into the corporate gift card market. The Gift Card and Voucher Association estimates that the UK gift card market is worth over £7 billion, with increased growth year on year, especially within the B2B sector.

Businesses will be pleased to know that they can now introduce one of the nations best loved brands into their employee rewards, recognition, customer incentive, membership or loyalty programmes. The digital gift cards will be accepted in over 600 B&M stores across the UK.

The expansion into the corporate gifting sector has come only one year after seeing the successes of launching their physical consumer gift card.

Redu Retail will provide a full end-to-end service as an integrated partner for B&M’s digital gift card offering in the B2B market, which includes everything from processing, fulfilment, sales and customer service. The programme will be powered by their industry leading ‘Inspired Deck’ software.

The planned outreach strategy will see Redu Retail selling to the existing marketplace through their network of vendors including employee benefits, insurance replacement and as a supplier of the Government’s Voucher Scheme Framework. They will also sell to consumers via their own digital mall Gifts & Vouchers.
